Division for Borosilicate Glass Tube, Rod, and Related Glassblowing Articles

Since 2014, we have been at the forefront of manufacturing borosilicate 3.3 colored and clear glass tubing and rods (Vello & Danner), alongside related glassblowing articles, leveraging imported German equipment and technology. With an annual capacity to draw over 150,000 metric tons of glass tubes, we stand as leading pioneers in China. Our relentless pursuit of process enhancements has enabled us to produce glass tubes with exceptional precision.

We specialize in redrawing (secondary processing) high-precision bore glass and quartz tubes for diverse applications such as optoelectronics, fiber optics telecommunications, medical uses, and more.

Additionally, we craft scientific laboratory glassware, heat-resistant glass tea and coffee sets, glass water pipes, glass baby feeding bottles, lamp glass shells, among other glassblowing products.

Division for Borosilicate Moulded Glassware

Harnessing our proficiency in electrically melted glass furnace control technology, we inaugurated a new factory in 2014 to manufacture heat-resistant baking dishes, casseroles, and other food storage glass jars suitable for oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher use.

Our production prowess now spans approximately 5,000 metric tons annually.

Division for Pharmaceutical Glass Packaging

In 2014, we ventured into the pharmaceutical glass packaging sector, producing neutral borosilicate pharmaceutical glass tubes USP TYPE I, tubular glass vials and ampoules, glass cartridges, and prefillable glass syringes.


Division for Lamp Lighting Glass

Also in 2014, we initiated a production facility for lamp lighting glass, including soda lime glass tubes, lead glass tubes, lead-free glass tubes, and various lamp and lantern glass covers, shades, shells, globes, and chimneys.

In 2014, we broadened our horizons to include the production of glass cosmetic containers, kitchenware, and tableware.

We manufacture and supply borosilicate vacuum tubes for solar water heaters, supported by our rapid delivery stock system.
